In Store Return Policy
 
Returns for merchandise purchased in store can be returned within 30 days for exchange or Store credit only. Products must be in original packaging, with receipt  and be in same state as when purchased. Clothing must have original tags. Sealed merchandise (CDs, DVDs ) may not be returned if opened unless defective. No returns on any food items. Custom orders may not be returned unless defective. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
We do not refund cash or credit cards.
 
Online Store Policy
The same policy as above, with a 20% restocking fee for all returns unless defective. All returns must be sent via traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or Fedex. Return Authorization number must be requested before return and it must appear on the return shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
