On Jan. 1, 2004, The Irish Shop located at 279 Keswick Avenue in Glenside, PA was acquired by Charlie and Phyllis Bolton from Jim and Elsie Carr, Phyllis Aunt and Uncle.
The Irish Shop was founded by Jims brother, Charlie Carr in 1979 and was relocated to Glenside in 1982.
Located in the heart of Keswick Village, The Irish Shop has free parking available behind the Keswick Theater.
Phyllis and Charlie look forward to building on the personal service and extensive range of quality Irish products that have made The Irish Shop a favorite of loyal customers for over 27 years. Phyllis has extensive experience as the former Manager of the Ladies clothes Dept at The Wooden Duck in Skippack. Charlie was a Manufacturers Representative for 24 years, selling Electrical Systems to large Industrial customers. Charlie and Phyllis have relocated to Glenside and will have extended hours during the Holiday Season and for certain shows at The Keswick Theater.
